Update - 001
I just wanted to let you know that World Options Australia has put in place processes, procedures and systems to ensure that all of our technology, support and carrier interfaces remain fully operational during the impacts and effects of the Corona Virus. Given so, our operations will continue as normal throughout these impacts, including any lock downs. As long as the government allows our carriers to continue operating as is, all will remain in normal operating mode.
To summarise what we have in place …
- Phone Systems – We have 3 levels of phone systems, each one offering redundancy for the other. Our phone system can operate over the following mediums: Voice Over IP (Internet), Land-lines and mobile network. This allows our team to operate from any geography including a home base.
- Our shipping portal is internet based, so can also be accessed from any geography.
- By default, our support team is located in two geographies across Australia and New Zealand. One team is also located in a more remote part of the country.
In essence then, it’s business as usual for World Options Australia at this time.
